This website is run as Build With Alfie. Build With Alfie decides why the waitlist exists and what happens with the data, and is the point of contact for anything on this page. Reach us at hello@buildwithalfie.com.

• Email address (plus a lowercase copy used to prevent duplicates) — for waitlist administration and the email updates you agreed to receive.
• Signup date and time — to record when you joined.
• Source / UTM / referrer attribution from the page address you arrived on — to understand which Reel, page or link created the signup.
• Consent record — the time you consented, the consent version, and the exact wording you agreed to.

No name, phone number, company, payment details or account. There is no login and no profile.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not buy additional personal data about visitors.
• We do not share email addresses with companies so they can market their own products.
• We do not track visitors across unrelated websites.
• We currently do not run advertising pixels.

Your consent, given by ticking the unchecked box on the signup form, covers storing your email address and sending you the updates described there. You can withdraw it at any time, free of charge. Keeping the site and its database working and secure, and keeping the record of the consent you gave, rests on our legitimate interest in operating the waitlist responsibly.

If the wording changes, the version changes with it. Existing records keep their own snapshot of what was actually shown.

• Supabase — hosts the database where waitlist signups are stored (EU region, Ireland).
• Vercel — hosts and serves this website once it is deployed there.

These are technical providers acting on our instructions. No email service provider is connected yet; if one is added, this page is updated before it is used.

This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing non-essential to consent to. The only browser storage in use is a technically necessary entry the site framework uses to restore your scroll position while navigating between pages. Nothing about you is read from it.

Waitlist information is kept while you remain subscribed, or while Build With Alfie has a legitimate need to maintain the waitlist and the consent record, subject to applicable legal requirements. Ask us to delete your entry and we will.

You can ask us to:

• give you access to the data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, where that applies;
• stop emailing you — withdrawing consent is free and takes effect going forward;
• restrict or object to processing, where that applies;
• send you your data in a portable format, where that applies.

Email hello@buildwithalfie.com and we will handle it. If you are in the EU/EEA and think something has gone wrong, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
