When you request a drop we collect the email address you type in, whether you ticked the optional marketing box, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed. We also record which drop you asked for and basic campaign information from the link you arrived on (source, medium, campaign, keyword, referrer).

We store a short-lived technical fingerprint (network address plus browser string) purely to rate-limit abuse. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Your email address is used to deliver the drop you asked for and to re-send that link if you need it. If — and only if — you ticked the optional box and then confirmed your address by opening the link, we also add you to our marketing email list so you hear about future drops. You can unsubscribe from every marketing email; unsubscribing never removes your access to a drop you already have.

We use Resend to send the delivery email and Kit to run the marketing email list. Those providers process your email address on our behalf under their own terms. Our database is hosted infrastructure operated for us; access is restricted to the server side of this application.

Access links expire 30 days after they are issued. Drop request records are kept while they are useful for supporting your access and for our own reporting, and are deleted on request. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
